01 How long does it take to send design concepts or updates?

Our team is working hard to get all design concepts and updates within one to two business days to ensure the quality of the designs.

02 How many designers will work on my project?

We don’t assign one designer to work on your project. From the account manager assigned to the team of graphic designers and finalizers, our entire team is there to get the job done within the timeframe estimated.

03 How many jobs can I get done simultaneously?

We do not queue your jobs. Everyone is assigned to get the jobs within the timeframe of the job, no matter how many jobs you require at the same time.

04 What do I do if I exceed my package hours and need more hours?

You can contact us, and we will extend your package for as many hours you need, based on the hourly rate of your package

05 What if I have a project, but I don’t want to get to a package?

No problem, we will be happy to help you with your project. You can estimate the hours spent on getting the job done from the Service time estimator and then get in touch with us to design it.

06 What if I have less workload next month and won’t need the current package?

You can downgrade your package to match the workload you expect. You can even freeze the package for next month, so you don’t get charged. However, If you have more workload next month, you can upgrade.

07 What is the services covered in these packages?

We cover all creative designs, including branding, packaging, marketing materials, environmental graphics, digital creatives, advertising, and everything that falls under creative designs.
